Yuzu and Mandarin Sour, a citrus tang embraced,

Tart and zesty, a flavour to be chased.

Balance of sweetness and a puckering pout,

A vibrant sip that leaves no doubt.

Ingredients

50 ml Yuzu Distillate

25 ml Fresh Mandarin Orange Juice

10 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

10 ml Monin Cane Sugar Syrup

1 Egg White / 0.5ml foamer

Method

Adding egg white / foamer last, combine all ingredients in a shaker & shake without ice to emulsify, then shake with ice to chill, single strain into glass
